One of the first Nutrition Counselors in the country to establish a private practice offering NoDiet/Intuitive Eating.

Certified Health Coach, Writer, Painter, Meditator, Rule Breaker. Gentle, Playful Guide.

I believe Art is Self-care.

to help you THRIVE and create meaningful, joyful lives.

 

For the last 3+ decades, and in over 25,000 client meetings,

I’ve brought my practice & love of art, meditation,
& writing, into the mindful, healing process I teach.
I’ve shared simple ways to use meditation/creativity/art to nourish your soul, calm your mind,
bring you back to the moment and to yourself.

Susan does not tell me how to solve my problems, but she gives me the tools to solve them myself, and the support to persevere in this often trying endeavor. The tools can take the form of metaphors, visualizations, practices, or exercises, and they are always presented in a gentle, non-threatening, yet effective manner.
